What an exile this earth must be for her now! Yes; but it was God's will that she should remain , so Mary devotes herself to the work entrusted to her. Her loneliness is suffered in silence, and she forgets herself in her devotedness to souls. In our lonely hours let us labor for souls, in imitation of our blessed Mother.
